Cross Street Gets Facelift: Renovations to the Wellesley home have been ongoing for several months now and work should be completed by the end of June. Work includes a new roof, heating system, exterior painting and making the first floor accessible to all. Minor upgrades were made to the interior. The house is looking wonderful. Our thanks to Linda Neshamkin of Neshamkin French Architects and the great work crew from Lambrian Construction Company. This project was funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Facilities Consolidation Fund.
